Senior Account Executive – Risk Management

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Risk Management practice in Brisbane. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and offers the chance to work on complex corporate accounts within a global organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risk management and insurance programmes for a broad portfolio of clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication.
• Partner with senior principals to understand client risk exposures and develop renewal, retention and portfolio growth strategies.
• Support complex claims matters and coordinate client advocacy when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance broking and managing client relationships within a portfolio environment.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and core classes of insurance.
• Ability to organise work effectively, manage competing priorities and deliver high‑standard service.

Required skills

• Tier 1 FSRA Compliance knowledge.
• Experience supporting large or complex corporate risk management accounts.
