About the role

The Business & Economics Teacher will guide Year 7‑12 students at Reddam House North Shore, delivering high‑quality instruction aligned with the NESA curriculum. This role supports the school’s growth plan and contributes to a vibrant, student‑centred learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in economics, business studies, and related subjects, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Assess student progress regularly, provide targeted feedback, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages risk‑taking, collaboration, and mutual respect.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Participate in co‑curricular activities, clubs, and school events to enrich the broader student experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents, building strong partnerships to support student achievement.

Required profile

• Proven secondary teaching experience with solid knowledge of NESA curriculum requirements.
