About the role

The Secondary Biology Teacher at Reddam House North Shore will guide students from Year 7 to Year 12 through the NESA curriculum, delivering high‑quality, engaging science instruction in a vibrant, student‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated biology lessons that align with school curriculum, policies and external assessment requirements.
• Assess student progress regularly, provide targeted feedback and maintain accurate reporting.
• Foster a positive classroom culture where students feel valued, supported and willing to take academic risks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices and contribute to professional development initiatives.
• Participate in co‑curricular programs, lead clubs or support school‑wide events.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching secondary students and strong knowledge of NESA curriculum requirements.
