Seasonal Store Associate – Full‑time/Casual

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer‑service specialist for UNIQLO’s Melbourne store. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping shoppers find the right products and ensuring a pleasant in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy and replenish merchandise.
• Handle stock replenishment and display changes on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Approachable, comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and strive for excellence.
