Seasonal Store Associate (Full-time/Casual)

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking Seasonal Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand in its Melbourne store. As a store associate you will engage with customers, maintain store standards and support daily operations throughout the season.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout.
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy and replenish merchandise.
• Handle stock replenishment and display changes as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Approachable and comfortable communicating with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and reliably.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
