Seasonal Store Associate – Full-time/Casual

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer‑service specialist of the store, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring customers receive exceptional assistance throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkout.
• Process deliveries, keep stock and back‑of‑house areas tidy.
• Replenish stock and update displays as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Approachable and comfortable talking to a wide range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in every task.
