Seasonal Store Associate – Flexible Shifts

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the front‑line customer service specialist at UNIQLO Chadstone, responsible for delivering the brand experience and supporting store operations during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising on the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, keep stock rooms tidy and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Approachable, comfortable speaking with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and reliably.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
