Seasonal Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the front‑line customer service specialist at UNIQLO Glen, responsible for delivering exceptional service and representing the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain high shop‑floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Provide excellent service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkout.
• Process deliveries, keep stock and back‑of‑house areas tidy.
• Replenish stock and update displays as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (preferred).
• Approachable and comfortable speaking with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Motivation to achieve the best results.
