Sea Freight Operations – Freight Forwarding

About the role
This position offers full ownership of ocean freight shipments from booking through to final delivery, allowing you to develop expertise across the entire import/export process within a leading Australian logistics provider.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end import and export ocean freight operations.
- Coordinate bookings, scheduling and movement of shipments.
- Prepare invoicing and handle shipment billing requirements.
- Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers and customs brokers.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in import/export ocean freight forwarding.
- Ability to work in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Required skills
- Experience using CargoWise.
