SAP BTP CPI/PO Consultant – Contract – Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP CPI/PO Consultant on a 6‑month contract to design and implement integration solutions for our Brisbane‑based client. The role is customer‑facing and will act as the primary technical architect interfacing with partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure integration flows between SAP and non‑SAP systems using SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Neo/Cloud Foundry, and Integration Suite.
• Create and maintain iFlows, leveraging protocols such as HTTPS, FTP, SOAP, XML and file adapters.
• Utilise SAP Open Connectors to connect external applications.
• Integrate S/4HANA with B2B, EDI and cloud‑based partners, including finance/payroll and HxM interfaces.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to the project team and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing SAP‑to‑SAP and SAP‑to‑non‑SAP integrations.
• At least 3 years as an Integration Architect/Consultant on PO/PI platforms.
• Strong background in ABAP, REST and OData development (minimum 3 years).
• Hands‑on experience with Groovy scripting (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
