Client Executive – Data & AI Consulting

About the role

We’re looking for a Client Executive who can combine commercial thinking, consulting expertise, and strong relationships to help clients turn complex data and technology challenges into meaningful business outcomes. This senior role involves building relationships, shaping solutions and creating opportunities across Brisbane and Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior clients across the Brisbane market.
• Identify new opportunities and develop a healthy, sustainable pipeline of Data & AI work.
• Work with clients to understand their business challenges, priorities and future needs.
• Shape Data & Analytics solutions that are commercially sound, practical and capable of delivering measurable value.
• Partner with Altis delivery teams to ensure opportunities are translated into successful client outcomes.
• Lead and contribute to proposals, estimates, solution development and pre‑sales activity.
• Support complex engagements from early strategy and solution shaping through to delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance across data, analytics, architecture and emerging technology opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners.
• Mentor and develop consultants, sharing experience and helping lift capability across the business.

Required profile

• Established consulting experience with strong commercial judgement.
• Senior client‑facing experience within professional services, consulting, Data & Analytics or technology.
• Proven ability to build and convert a pipeline of opportunities into successful client engagements.
• Experience developing long‑term relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Leadership of complex consulting, transformation or technology engagements.
• Business development, pre‑sales, proposal development and estimation experience.
• Background in Data & Analytics strategy, architecture or transformation.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Working with technology vendors and partners.
• Strong existing network across the Brisbane and Queensland market.
