Salesforce CRM Leader

About the role

Infosys Consulting seeks a seasoned Salesforce & CRM Leader to drive end‑to‑end CRM strategy, transformation and implementation for key client engagements across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the CRM and Salesforce consulting portfolio in sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Retail.
• Develop enterprise CRM strategies, roadmaps and operating models aligned with client business goals.
• Act as the executive Salesforce subject‑matter expert covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and industry‑specific solutions.
• Integrate AI, analytics, automation and data‑driven capabilities (e.g., Einstein, MuleSoft) to foster innovation.
• Collaborate with C‑suite stakeholders to set transformation agendas and guide strategic decisions.
• Lead large‑scale Salesforce programs from discovery through delivery and value realization.
• Provide governance, quality assurance and risk management across Salesforce delivery teams.
• Build, scale and mentor a high‑performing Salesforce consulting practice.
• Support pre‑sales activities, proposal development and client presentations.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in CRM, digital or enterprise transformation.
• 10+ years of direct experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, leading large programmes.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar CRM transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting background, preferably from Salesforce Professional Services or a global consultancy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
