Sales Specialist, Infusion Therapies & Platforms - NSW

About the role

Baxter is hiring a Sales Specialist for its Infusion Therapy and Platforms portfolio, covering NSW (NSW North including Sydney Metro up to the Central Coast). You will partner with clinicians, nursing teams, pharmacy professionals and procurement leaders across major hospitals, acting as an advisor who brings innovative infusion solutions that support safer, more efficient and more effective patient care. The role drives both sales growth and customer education.

Key responsibilities

• Identify incremental business opportunities and develop relevant strategies
• Build relationships with clinical and management staff, offering service, back-up and product knowledge
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing team and Corporate Accounts teams on territory management
• Share market information and data to understand the marketplace
• Coordinate education and ongoing training during trials and implementation of Baxter products
• Provide ongoing product support through the full product life cycle
• Ensure product information given to customers is approved by Marketing and/or Medical Affairs

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Nursing, Medical Science or a related field
• Proven sales or account management experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
• Willingness to adapt working hours and travel to other states as needed
• Valid NSW driver's licence
