Sales Specialist – Automotive Showroom

About the role
The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Brisbane, QLD, focused on engaging showroom customers, understanding their vehicle needs and presenting suitable new and used car options.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct test drives, prepare quotations, negotiate sales and finalize contracts in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with service, parts and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, meet sales targets, follow up on leads and keep CRM and sales records accurate.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Proven sales experience, goal‑oriented mindset and resilience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Brisbane, including weekends and peak trading hours as required.
Required skills
- Comfort with CRM systems and basic digital tools for accurate record‑keeping.
- Knowledge of automotive products and the ability to quickly learn new models and technologies.
