Sales Representative – Primary Care Vaccines

About the role

GSK is seeking a Sales Representative on a maternity cover (until end of 2027) to join the Primary Care sales team, promoting key vaccine brands across Sydney's inner west. The role is field‑based, offering clear growth opportunities and a chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve territory business objectives for promoted medicines.
• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure excellent execution of day‑to‑day sales activities.
• Track territory performance, manage expenses and report outcomes to meet targets.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with industry and GSK codes of promotion and business ethics.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or related field.
• Field‑based sales or similar customer‑facing experience, preferably engaging with healthcare professionals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for in‑person and virtual engagement.
• Full state driving licence and ability to travel within the territory five days per week.
• Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools for virtual detailing.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to interpret clinical evidence and research studies.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
