Sales Representative – B2B Music Licensing

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective customers by phone to introduce services and generate new business.
• Build rapport, understand how businesses use music, and propose appropriate licensing solutions.
• Manage daily call activity and work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Research prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up within agreed timeframes.
• Handle questions and objections, guiding businesses toward licensing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre or similar customer‑facing role.
• Comfortable initiating phone conversations and building rapport with diverse industries.
• Motivated by clear goals and measurable results.
• Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay positive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised and confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Team player who is accountable for personal performance while collaborating with others.
