Sales & Marketing Specialist – CPAP Clinic

About the role

The CPAP Therapy Consultant is responsible for managing the CPAP clinic’s service, sales, admin and operational activities. You will support patients over the counter and by phone, ensuring they receive the right equipment and therapy guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries, provide set‑up, ongoing service and equipment fitting according to medical prescriptions.
• Promote and sell CPAP units, accessories and related services, following company policies.
• Maintain patient records in ERP systems (Great Plains, Monday.com) and process transactions, payments and stock management.
• Ensure diagnostic and rental equipment is cleaned, disinfected and ready for reuse according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum one year retail experience with customer service and sales duties (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and medical prescriptions.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – Google Workspace, ERP (Great Plains), Monday.com.
• Basic stock management and reconciliation.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide patient counselling.
