Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Journey Beyond, Australia's leading experiential tourism group operating 20 brands across Australia and New Zealand, is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its Fremantle-based team. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the role supports the marketing function for Rottnest Express, Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo, Captain Cook Cruises and the wider group, helping develop revenue, market share, reputation and profile.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and marketing activity, including campaigns, by assisting with planning and execution
• Plan, create content and manage social media channels
• Support and grow stakeholder relationships
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare sales and marketing reports
• Carry out competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support trade, group and partnership initiatives
• Coordinate events, sponsorship activations, familiarisations and industry engagements

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales, marketing, tourism, hospitality or similar coordination role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, CMS, social media and digital marketing platforms
• Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
