Sales Manager – New Home Sales

About the role

NUTREND Homes is an established residential building company growing in the Queensland market, with three display homes and a growing team of sales consultants. It is seeking a Sales Manager for new home sales to help drive that growth. The position is filled.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales team and help recruit and train sales staff
• Drive and motivate the sales team and foster a positive company culture and relationships
• Travel to display home locations to support the sales team
• Keep up to date with products, services and processes
• Identify customer trends and develop sales strategies and business plans
• Drive sales strategies and targets through demonstration and leadership
• Build strong network partnerships and lead by example

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years in a sales manager role
• Previous experience in this specific role required; right to work in Australia required
• Diploma in Building Design or Drafting highly favourable
• Proven track record of KPIs and CRM knowledge is an advantage
