Sales Manager – Corporate Travel Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Manager at CTM you will drive business growth across the ANZ region by identifying new opportunities, developing targeted sales strategies and winning new clients. You will collaborate closely with Client Managers and Heads of Operations to support client retention and ensure successful implementation of new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop tailored travel management solutions that align with client objectives and present them to stakeholders.
• Manage tender processes, prepare proposals and respond to Requests for Tender.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to inform product and service development.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships, preferably in the travel industry.
• Proven ability to convert prospects into long‑term clients and manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and competing deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
