Sales Manager - Ballarat & Central Highland Region

About the role

Goldfish Real Estate is looking for a Sales Manager to join its expanding network across the Ballarat and Central Highland Region. The position reports to the Area Manager and offers a territory of your own, with a strong commission structure and ongoing perks. Existing real estate sales experience helps you list and sell with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the company's mission, values and vision in serving clients
• Perform, monitor, report on and analyse results against KPIs
• Prospect, appraise, list and sell property
• Plan, budget and run market-centred campaigns, and help run them from start to finish
• Manage the customer database
• Take part in scheduled team, network and special meetings

Required profile

• Open to learning, tenacious and driven attitude
• Strong organisational skills and a good sense of humour
• Sound knowledge of industry acts, legislation and compliance
• Minimum Agent Representative Certificate and 1 year of experience
• Current police check record
• Driving licence and reliable vehicle
