Property Manager - Ballarat

About the role

Goldfish Real Estate is looking for experienced and fresh Property Managers for its upcoming Ballarat office, which supports its expanding network across the City of Ballarat. The role gives you command of your own territory, where your existing property management experience helps you grow your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the company's mission, values and vision to serve clients.
• Perform, monitor, report on and analyse results against KPIs.
• Prospect, appraise, list and manage properties.
• Plan, budget and run market-centred campaigns.
• Maintain a well-organised property management division that keeps service standards high.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants and handle property portfolio issues.
• Manage the customer database and take part in scheduled team, network and special meetings.

Required profile

• Open to learning attitude and a strong sense of humour.
• Proven organisational skills and a strong team player.
• Tenacious drive to succeed in property management.
• Sound knowledge of industry acts, legislation and compliance.
• Agent Representative Certificate and at least 1 year of experience.
• Current police check record, driving licence and a reliable vehicle.
