Area Manager - Ballarat

About the role

Goldfish Real Estate is recruiting Area Managers for its upcoming Ballarat office, covering the City of Ballarat and regional Victoria. The position reports to the OIEC and suits candidates who want to manage their own territory, build their team and brand and use their existing real estate sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the company's mission, values and vision in serving clients.
• Build, develop and lead the team.
• Develop a business plan, run meetings and set up KPIs, then monitor, report and analyse performance against them.
• Prospect, appraise, list and sell property.
• Plan, budget and run market-centric campaigns, and assist with the sales campaign process from start to finish.
• Manage the customer database and take part in scheduled management, network and extraordinary meetings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Agent Representative Certificate.
• Certificate IV in Property Services (highly preferred).
• Estate Agent License (highly preferred).
• Current police check record and driving licence with a reliable vehicle.
• Sound knowledge of industry acts, legislation and compliance.
