Sales Executive

About the role

The Westin is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive group and catering revenue for its flagship property in Perth. You will work closely with hotel teams to attract conferences, meetings and events while delivering the brand’s wellness‑focused guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new group and catering opportunities across corporate and leisure segments.
• Collaborate with operational departments to coordinate conferences, meetings and events.
• Prepare tailored proposals and contracts that meet client specifications.
• Conduct high‑end site inspections and entertainment briefings to convert prospects.
• Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy to build customer loyalty.
• Negotiate and close business agreements, leveraging creative selling techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective guests.
• Act as a wellbeing ambassador, promoting The Westin brand values.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar sales role within hospitality.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic about career progression and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment.
