Sales Executive II, Key Account Management

About the role

RS is hiring a Sales Executive II for Key Account Management, based in Brisbane, Queensland, on a full-time permanent basis. The role manages a portfolio of customers, uncovers new business opportunities and positions RS as the trusted supplier of choice in its territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and identify target customers to generate new business.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales data to support forecasting and marketing insights.
• Use data-driven decision-making to ensure compliance with pricing and service agreements.
• Resolve customer issues and partner with teams to improve customer experience and NPS.
• Take part in product trainings, marketing initiatives and continuous improvement activities, and uphold company standards and compliance.

Required profile

• Over 3 years' experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development, with a proven track record in industrial field sales, preferably in Industry / MRO / Electronics.
• Strong negotiator and communicator who builds effective relationships.
• Results-driven, with solid financial, analytical and time-management skills.
• Skilled in procurement understanding, value selling and meeting KPIs.
• Collaborative, proactive and committed to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• CRM data management.
