About the role
A global animal health company is hiring a Sales Enablement Data & Automation Specialist for a permanent, full-time role in Macquarie Park, Sydney, or alternatively Murarrie, Brisbane. The role enables data-driven decisions and operational efficiency through Power BI dashboards, workflow automation and management of sales performance data, supporting sales operations with accurate, timely reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Migrate Spotfire dashboards to Power BI, working with Sales Operations and National Sales Managers, and maintain scalable dashboards across business units
- Design territory target templates, upload target data to dashboards and align targets with Finance and business unit partners
- Automate manual tasks in Customer Effectiveness such as data management, pricing, rebates and order processing, with the Customer Effectiveness Manager
- Extract, transform and load data from SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amazon Redshift and other sources, ensuring accuracy, security and documentation
- Maintain master data processes and act as a technical advisor to Sales Operations, Customer Effectiveness, Customer Care, Finance, IT and regional teams
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and SQL querying
- Experience in business analytics and data engineering projects, managing large datasets accurately
- Experience automating business processes with RPA, Power Automate or similar tools
- Experience in sales operations or commercial data environments is desirable
