Sales Enablement & Business Development Manager (PropTech)

About the role

NoBrokerHood is seeking a Sales Enablement & Business Development Manager to act as a strategic connector between property management companies, managing agents and our leadership team. You will focus on building relationships and opening doors for qualified discussions, while the internal team handles demos and closures.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage Property Management Companies, Managing Agents and Developers.
• Arrange qualified meetings with decision‑makers and introduce them to NoBrokerHood’s Program Managers.
• Facilitate partnership discussions and support onboarding processes.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track engagement progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in property management, real estate, community operations or strata/sectional title management.
• Existing network with PMCs, Managing Agents, Trustees, HOAs or Developers.
• Proactive relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of the real‑estate operational landscape in Kenya.
