Sales Development Representative

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on outbound sales, moves fast and wants to build their career in a scaling Australian tech business. You will be on the phone every day, hunting new business and converting cold and warm prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect hard, qualify fast and build a robust pipeline from day one.
• Run structured outreach cycles across phone, email and LinkedIn, managing follow‑up cadences and keeping the CRM up to date.
• Engage with operations, logistics managers and C‑suite contacts at medium to enterprise Australian businesses.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑activity outbound environment such as telesales, inside sales, SaaS, payments, logistics or fleet services.
• Strong commercial instinct, resilience and a hunger to meet targets and daily activity metrics.
• Current working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
