Sales Development Representative

About the role

DevRev is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business across Australia and New Zealand. The SDR will generate qualified opportunities, build a healthy pipeline and support the Revenue team’s growth strategy for mid‑market and enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the ANZ region through outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Research target accounts, decision‑makers, business priorities and industry trends.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess sales readiness and fit.
• Book high‑quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track prospect engagement and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Share customer insights and market feedback to inform product development and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development or Inside Sales.
• Proven track record of prospecting into the Australian and/or New Zealand market (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of the ANZ business environment and ability to articulate value to mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
