About the role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant who puts the customer first and creates a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will join a progressive business that supports internal career growth and enjoys a lively, sales‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer service and build strong rapport with shoppers.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Maintain solid product knowledge across all business pillars.
- Uphold store standards, assist with merchandising and visual presentation.
- Work towards budgets, sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Assist with stock control and quality management.
- Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines.
Required profile
- Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Happy, friendly and energetic personality.
- Desire to deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Valid Police Check report required if successful in interview stage.
