Sales Consultant

About the role

Join KONE’s New Building Solutions team in Melbourne as a Sales Consultant, working with industry‑leading products and technology to build lasting customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an individual sales plan, managing a portfolio of small to medium‑complexity projects.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to project handover, maintaining accurate activity and pipeline reporting via Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and expand KONE’s market presence.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in construction, technical or B2B environments is desirable but not essential.
• Recent graduates with degrees in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (advantageous but not required).
