• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain a professional and customer‑first presence throughout the sales process.
• Participate in structured training programmes and ongoing product development sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and high‑quality buying experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sales success in a retail or consultative environment.
• Strong communication and closing abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with a professional demeanor.
• Ambition to maximise earnings through performance.
• Experience in furniture, jewellery, automotive, real estate, luxury retail, appliances or consultative sales is valued.
