Account Development Manager

About the role
The Account Development Manager will define critical markets and new customers within the assigned territory, building strong relationships to support solution selling and ensure customer satisfaction across supply chain services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop key accounts, creating strategic plans and quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain and grow relationships with customers and suppliers, promoting Arrow’s full portfolio of electronic components.
- Lead regular QBRs with major customers to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Prepare internal iQBRs presenting strategic plans, demand creation, and service improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic component sales, marketing or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, strategic mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
