B2B Field Sales Representative – Penrith Territory

About the role

In this position you will meet local business owners face‑to‑face across the Penrith and Emu Plains area, understand their purchasing needs and introduce them to a leading business purchasing platform on behalf of a top‑tier global client.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business customers through proactive, face‑to‑face sales activity within your allocated territory.
• Engage with small business owners to understand their unique procurement needs and demonstrate platform value.
• Work towards sales, customer acquisition and activity targets while maintaining a daily pipeline of appointments.
• Maintain 100% accurate, real‑time records of all customer visits and interactions within the CRM.

Required profile

• Confident in approaching and building rapport with new people.
• Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment.
• Organised with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
