Sales & Channel Specialist – Residential Energy Storage (Australia)

About the role

Join EP Cube, the residential energy storage division of Canadian Solar, to help build a high‑performing commercial team across Australia. You will drive revenue growth, develop new channel partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to position EP Cube as the market leader in residential energy storage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
• Establish and manage relationships with distributors, installers and other channel partners.
• Drive product adoption and increase market share for EP Cube solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Planning teams to meet growth targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (energy storage, solar, electrical or related industries preferred).
• Strong understanding of technical or electrical products.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share.
• Experience managing distributors or channel partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven and able to manage territory responsibilities independently.
• Willingness to travel within Australia as required.
