Sales Associate – Spine Solutions

About the role

Globus Medical seeks a Sales Associate to support sales revenue and product mix in an assigned territory, focusing on spine surgeons and hospital customers. The role involves clinical fulfillment of spine procedures and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical fulfillment of spine procedures while developing relationships with spine surgeons and hospitals.
• Interact with surgical teams to communicate monitoring data per company and hospital policies.
• Report customer needs to improve existing products and aid new product development.
• Provide case coverage, order sets, instruments and supplies as needed.
• Maintain consistent reporting on expenses, sales performance, market feedback and competitive activities.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of human anatomy and basic medical procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills with strong problem‑recognition and pragmatic problem‑solving abilities.
• Qualified for and maintain privileges at required hospitals.
