Sales Associate (Part-Time & Casual)

About the role

The Sales Associate will help achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission. You will create an authentic, organic experience for every guest through genuine connection, product education and community storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers, provide a friendly shopping environment and build daily client relationships.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategise actions, support deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales‑floor coverage, develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony.
• Resolve client needs quickly, educate guests and staff on product, community and culture.
• Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, daily replenishment and store cleanliness.

Required profile

• Preferred 1+ years experience in a client‑centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self‑motivated, aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles and thrives in a team culture.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 10‑15 kg and stand/move for an entire shift.
