Full-Time Sales Associate – Bondi Junction

About the role

The Sales Associate will drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission, creating authentic connections with guests and educating them about products, community and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives and effective floor coverage.
• Engage customers, provide a friendly shopping environment and build daily client relationships.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategise actions, address deficiencies and highlight growth opportunities.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) and leverage company tools and incentives.
• Process shipments, maintain visual merchandising, replenish stock and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a client‑centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and alignment with ALO’s guiding principles.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and able to work a rotating roster including weekends.
• Physical ability to lift 10‑15 kg and move continuously throughout the store.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge covering features, benefits, fabric, usage, design and care.
• Ability to use company sales tools, incentives and reporting systems.
