About the role

Join Resmed’s Brisbane clinic as a Sleep Coach, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting individuals on their sleep health journey. This casual position offers flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
• Fit customers with masks and equipment after training.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, cleanliness and manage stock levels.
• Process sales transactions, payments and administrative tasks accurately.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and support therapy outcomes.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience.
• Strong listening, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Empathetic, results‑driven attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.

Required skills

• Confidence using point‑of‑sale and other technology systems.
• Organisational attention to detail and ability to manage inventory.
