About the role
Join the brand‑new Sports Direct store in Blacktown as it opens in November. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, sharing product knowledge and helping create an unforgettable in‑store experience while supporting the management team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, service‑focused approach to drive sales and meet KPIs.
- Process large volumes of stock, pick and pack click‑and‑dispatch orders.
- Maintain store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising and cleaning.
Required profile
- Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality or supermarket settings.
- Passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture and comfortable working in a busy team environment.
- Self‑motivated, open to feedback and available for late‑night trade, Monday‑Wednesday day shifts and weekends.
