About the role

Join RACV’s Member Engagement Centre as a phone‑based Sales and Service Consultant. You will help members access products and services that provide value, support, and peace of mind through meaningful conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from existing and potential members.
• Understand members’ needs and provide quick, effective solutions from a range of products and services.
• Deliver personalised conversations that bring the brand promise to life.
• Support members 365 days a year, working both from home and the Noble Park office.

Required profile

• Motivated, positive and driven to achieve results.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Active listener with strong communication skills.
• Naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptable.
• Comfortable working towards both individual and team goals.
• Able to navigate multiple systems with strong computer skills.
