Outbound Sales Agent

About the role

Join a supportive Brisbane CBD team focused on high‑quality warm lead generation for Compare Club, one of Australia’s largest comparison businesses. You will engage with customers who have already expressed interest in financial products and help guide them to the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have previously engaged with Compare Club and requested follow‑up.
• Build trust through active listening, qualify customer needs, and hand qualified prospects to specialist brokers.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat demeanor throughout standard Monday‑to‑Friday business hours.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound/inbound call centres, lead generation, retail, hospitality or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills, resilient attitude, and a collaborative team mindset.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident; able to pass a standard criminal history check.
