Customer Service Consultant

About the role

As a Customer Service Consultant at Aidacare, you will be the frontline troubleshooter, delivering excellent sales support and resolving customer issues via phone and email. You will help create a positive first impression and build lasting relationships with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, providing accurate order placement, tracking and processing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Aidacare products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Foster strong, positive relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide excellent service over the phone and email, ensuring a great first impression in every interaction.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential.
• Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records.
• Ability to analyse situations, think critically and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications used for customer interaction management.
