Sales Account Manager

About the role

Join the Adelaide team of Multi-Color Corporation as a Sales Account Manager. You will drive profitable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships across a range of FMCG and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business aligned with growth targets, building a pipeline of high‑margin opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans that increase revenue, protect margins and ensure customer retention.
• Lead proposals and negotiations, manage customer stock levels, credit and cash flow, and conduct regular account reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Prepress, Production, Logistics) to deliver seamless service and identify margin‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales or account management experience in manufacturing, FMCG or B2B environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue, margin and cost.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, resilient and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Salesforce and reporting tools.
