Room Attendant - Part-Time

About the role

The Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, part of the Accor network, is hiring a part-time Room Attendant. You will help create a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience for every guest by keeping rooms and public areas clean and well presented. The resort has over 370 contemporary guest rooms, a lagoon-style pool and leisure facilities, and sits next to the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
• Restock amenities and manage linen efficiently
• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations

Required profile

• A friendly, guest-focused approach aligned with the Heartist philosophy
• Physical fitness and enjoyment of an active, hands-on role
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
