About the role
WorkPac is recruiting an experienced civil labourer for a local position in Newman, Western Australia. The client is a well-established civil contractor providing road maintenance, infrastructure and construction services across regional WA. The role is Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour day shifts only, paid at $50.38 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with road works and general civil labouring duties
- Complete litter bin collection and general roadside maintenance
- Support road crews with day-to-day site activities
- Operate equipment where required and maintain a safe work environment
- Follow all site safety procedures and project requirements
Required profile
- Current HR driver's licence (automatic transmission accepted)
- White Card
- Previous experience in civil construction, road works or a similar environment preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to work well within a team
Required skills
- Bobcat ticket (desirable)
- Traffic control ticket (desirable)
