Revenue & Commercial Planning Manager

About the role

The Revenue & Commercial Planning Manager will develop and embed revenue growth management (RGM) strategies and translate them into clear, execution‑ready commercial plans aligned to business targets. You will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure disciplined planning, investment and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated commercial strategies and annual plans, identifying growth opportunities and converting them into execution‑ready plans.
• Own and embed all RGM levers (price, promotion, assortment, mix and trade investment) to optimise revenue, margin and mix outcomes.
• Support and lead execution of price strategy, including CPI and excise changes, ensuring actions are implemented and tracked across customers.
• Commercialise annual plans, translating strategy into customer‑ready programmes and enabling Sales teams to execute with clarity.
• Govern commercial plans, pricing, promotions and trade investment, tracking performance and driving insight‑led course correction.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in FMCG, commercial strategy, RGM, category or sales.
• Strong experience in pricing strategy, promotions and commercial planning.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution‑ready plans.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
