Retail Project Manager – Global Store Rollouts

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Project Manager to lead the rollout of retail concepts across Australia, Canada and the USA. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of new store openings, refurbishments and store‑in‑store projects, ensuring they meet brand standards, timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of retail projects across Australian and international markets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets and priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact across Australia, Canada and the USA.
• Ensure all outcomes align with brand, operational and customer experience standards.
• Identify risks, resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving forward.
• Drive cost control and efficiencies without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail project management, store development or retail rollouts.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across regions.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable working autonomously.
• Experience working across international markets is highly desirable.
