Retail Excellence Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Retail Excellence Executive to work across our ChemMax pharmacies in Melbourne and regional Victoria. You will be on‑site, partnering with store teams to elevate merchandising, boost performance and develop staff.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement eye‑catching displays, planograms and promotional layouts to ensure a consistent, enjoyable shopping experience.
• Analyse store reports, KPIs such as gross profit, basket size and sales trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Identify gaps in product range, stock management and customer experience, and share successful strategies across the network.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit standards, pricing, promotional execution and compliance, and work with managers on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and people‑focused environments.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel between stores across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
• Pharmacy experience is essential; retail management, merchandising or multi‑site operations experience is highly regarded.
