Retail Administration Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Administration Manager to join our centralised team in Sydney, overseeing a portfolio of retail assets across Australia. The role focuses on delivering key administrative functions, including rent roll processing and debt collection.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter Salesforce data administration requests to ensure accurate tenant billing.
• Collaborate with Centre Management teams to obtain rent roll information and manage the rent roll process, including scheduling, changes, reporting, and stakeholder reviews.
• Complete reconciliations on all accounts, manage monthly rental collections, and ensure debt collection, reporting, and escalation procedures are followed.
• Allocate monies and generate rent roll credits before issuing monthly tax statements, investigating mismatches.
• Assist auditors by providing documents and responding to queries for any asset.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualified administration professional with relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong focus on debt collection and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills with business stakeholders.
